To begin, Jose Manuel San Emeterio (Project Leader, ERNACT) presented an overview of the project. Attendees then heard from speakers:
- Viveca Norberg (Sweco) - Sustainable construction project

- Aurora Lindberg (Association of Local Authorities in Västernorrland) - eSamverkan/eCollaboration, a platform sharing 480 e-services in 100 municipalities.
In the afternoon, partners had the opportunity to visit the Digital Centre at Kulturmagasinet (a centre for creative technology, usage of virtual reality, co-production, 3D-printing, workshops and more).
On day two, partners met again for their first steering committee meeting to review progress on project activities and agree on future steps.
